You are caller number 2, please continue to hold

Have you ever called AirTran Airline's reservations phone line. Long story short - I made a boo boo in booking a rep's travel arrangments and I had to call AirTran at the last second to try and get this guy's travel straight. My advice to anyone calling AirTran and wanting to speak with a human being....grab a cup of coffee and a good book because by the time you finally get to a reservations agent, planes will have stopped flying because Flying Pigs are clogging up the airways. I will say this...once I had an agent on the phone, he was extremely helpful and though my screw up was an inconvenience, it wasn't a critical blunder. That's a funny statement right there....how do you draw the line between a boo boo and a blunder...and how do you know when it becomes a "Critical" blunder?

I woke up this morning at 0130L. Thank's to Bob Lowe, I had a Miami Air ferry flight departure from BWI to RDU (Raleigh-Durham.) I love Bob, he makes my wallet feel better when it's feeling a little dry. Later on today, I had ATA call me and tell me they wanted to bring in a 757 that was already enroute from Shannon, Ireland to Philly, into BWI because Philly's ground handers were upset it was a little late. They were so miffed at the fact that we were running behind...the refused to handle us. That's nice....I hate PHL airport. Not only does the airport itself suck...but so do the employee's who work there. Nobody is ever accommodating at that place.

Today, I'm going to pop down to PennDot and try to get my PA driver's license. That is another location where Customer Service is something that one dreams about. I was in there once before with Sheri. Both of us were polite and were served by different people. Both of us left that place with hopes that Al Qaida would strike there next. Dead people have more customer service skills than the lazy Mo Fo's at the PA DMV.

In the news....The Jews are scaling back their offensive on Hezbollah....big mistake! You would think they learned something by now. You literally have to wipe them off the face of the earth because the second you give them an inch, they're going to kill your baby.
